DO NOT be stupid and keep any and all spicy items away from children and pets. By purchasing products from The Pepper Manaic LLC. You and yours agree to hold harmless The Pepper Maniac and anyone relating to the company.

if you are unhappy with your purchases of seeds we asked that you contact us and let us know your concerns we will happily refund or replace on case by case basis.

When purchasing fresh peppers you have until the end of business day to report any issues or complaints about your delivery. please include pictures and explain in detail what the cause of concern is.

Purchasing live plants require you to be home and sign for the delivery. If attempt is made to deliver your plants and you are unavailable to take possession, You forfeit your right to refund or replacement.
